Some paintings are now showing in The Hallows Gallery, a new Art Gallery and framing business on Ormeau Rosd, very close to where I live and work. My "local"! And we are planning something very special for Culture night.

I was featured in a double page interview with photos in local glossy magazine "Northern Woman" in March 2017. The article focused on how I balance my working days with painting etc and looking after my 5 yr old daughter, since her birth. You may still find the magazine and article lying around in a Dentists waiting room, Beauty Parlour or Hairdressers? LOL..

It was first broadcast on Monday 8th Feb, 2016. There's a link to the programme on the Links page on this site, should you wish to view? Running time approx 30mins.

Happy New Year for 2016, please check this page regularily for details of any upcoming events or Exhibitions I will be doing. I've deleted all last years items already, apart fron a few that are still relevant.

Several new paintings have been delivered to Gallery 1608 in Bushmills, Co Antrim. A very interesting Gallery with a wide selection of styles and media, well worth a visit.

A selection of my prints are usually on display and available for purchase in Salt Bistro,St Annes Square, which is near the front door of The Mac. (Metropolitan Arts Centre). And is probably as close as I'll ever get to actually having something hanging in there! :-)

COMMISSIONS

I do carry out commissions if the subject inspires me - and I feel I can bring something to it. Though not my normal practice, I will work from your own photographs if I cannot physically visit and experience the location. Or if it no longer exists... which is often the case... and more interesting for it? See the new Commissions page here for some examples

Please Email stephenshaw.belfast@live.com to discuss the details.

PLEASE NOTE: The sizes quoted are that of the actual artwork. The dimensions can be sometimes twice these after the painting has been mounted and framed. Paintings can be sold unframed to facilitate postage and packing, if required. Please email for details. Prices do not include P&P.

Artworks can be delivered to your door, Free of Charge, within Northern Ireland. Original paintings can be viewed at my home or studio by appointment.
